Youth Climbing Team – Advanced Training for Young Climbers

All climbers must participate in Youth Classes before being evaluated for Team placement.
Our Youth Climbing Team is designed for young athletes who already have some climbing experience and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This program provides focused, advanced instruction for climbers who are passionate about progressing in technique, strength, and mental performance.
Team members train in a supportive, goal-driven environment alongside peers of similar skill levels. Whether your child dreams of competing or simply wants to push their personal limits, our coaching staff helps them grow with structure, consistency, and encouragement.
What Team Members Learn
Climbers receive training in almost every aspect of rock climbing, including:
- Advanced body awareness and movement
- Proper footwork and technique refinement
- Core strength and full-body fitness
- Balance, flexibility, and coordination
- Mental focus, problem-solving, and confidence
- Climbing knowledge and progression tracking
Our primary focus is helping each athlete surpass their personal goals while continuing to enjoy the sport they love.
Practice Schedule
- 2–3 practices per week
(Coaches will assign practice frequency and groups based on age and ability.)
Program Cost
- $200 per month – 2 practices per week
- $230 per month – 3 practices per week

Team Placement & Evaluation
Children are grouped with athletes of similar ability to ensure safe and effective training. Coaches continuously evaluate each climber’s progress, adjusting placement as needed to support growth and challenge.
